Office Cleaning
We provide a whole host of office cleaning options. Our customers can choose from a cleaning schedule at any time of day that is most convenient. We currently provide AM, PM, late night and over-night services. Some of our customers request service throughout the day to maintain their space as well as provide clean-up services after meals. All of our customers are assigned a quality control manager. Your assigned manager will work with you to create a customized scope of work that optimizes the time that the cleaner(s) are in your space so that each day of service is as productive as possible. Each scope of work will vary based on individual needs but typically all flooring surfaces are cleaned, all individual works spaces are cleaned, waste baskets are emptied, kitchens and bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected and all glass surfaces are cleaned.
Post-Construction Cleaning
We are experts in post construction cleaning. Our crews have provided post construction cleaning services everywhere from restaurants to large retail stores. The reason that this is one of our most requested services is that we have honed techniques over the years that enable us to capture construction dust as opposed to just pushing it around. A post construction cleaning is far different from a typical cleaning, we understand this fact and know how to effectively rid an area of post construction dust quickly and efficiently
Buildings
At Spotless we provide common-area cleaning and porter services. Typically we provide a detailed cleaning of all common areas (lobbies, hallways, elevators, interior glass, walls, moldings, etc.) Additionally, we provide refuse/recycling disposal in accordance with NYC DOS regulations, sidewalk cleaning and snow removal
