Richard is an entrepreneur with an MBA from the Fordham School of Business, and has run several successful businesses throughout his career; most recently founding Spotless Services, Inc. Richard has taken his core values of Customer Service, Quality, Value and Integrity to create New York's premier cleaning and handyman service.

ANDREW SHOGAN
Vice President
Andrew has a broad range of previous experience; working as an analyst at Morgan Stanley, an associate at a real estate law firm and as a mediator. He received a J.D. From Hofstra University School of Law in 2006. Andrew is involved with all aspects of Spotless Services business with a focus on growth and development.

CONSTANCE SWEETLAND
Office Manager
Constance has been with Spotless since its inception and is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all Spotless team members on a daily basis. Among Constance's other responsibilities are job estimates and supply management.

Administrator
Cindy Lucombe has worked with Spotless Services for 2 years and is an invaluable member of the team. Cindy's responsibilities include billing and payroll.
